Typically lasts 3+ weeks on motion sensing mode before recharging, however with heavy usage and if using always-on mode it can drain in a matter of hours as its purpose was to be on for short bursts of time.

Auto - Motion sensor activation for when the lights are used in dark areas and places with low visibility.

Always On - The lights stay on continuously regardless. of its environment. It can be used at any time.

Shipping

1. Do you ship internationally? How much are the shipping costs?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Also we provideFREE worldwide shipping but you can choose "Trackable & Insured Shipping" option for only $4.90! 

2. Where do you ship from?
Most of our items are shipped directly from the USA, but we also have warehouses in Budapest/Hungary, Istanbul/Turkey and China. Mostly we are shipping packages with DHL, PostNL and Magyar Post.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? COVID UPDATE
Due to high demand delivery may take time. We aim to process and ship your order within7-12 business days(typically takes 3-4 business days), and delivery can be5-12 business days(typically takes 3-5 business days)if shipped from within the USA, or normally between 5-21 business days if shipped internationally. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under 'Contact Us'.

4. My order has not arrived yet, even after 40 days.
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items from. If it does not arrive within 8 weeks upon ordering,we can offer you a full-refund, guaranteed!  

5. Can I get express shipping?
Express shipping is available, but we do not usually offer it as our carriers charge a lot in most cases, and we want to keep our products affordable for our customers. To find out the rates for express shipment, please contact us directly in 'Contact Us'.

6. I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?
Some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different states. But do not worry, 99% of the time we will provide you with the tracking information for you to monitor the status of your package in real-time!

7. What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (very rarely this happens).

8. Will my item get to me before _____?
If you plan to purchase our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Return & Refund

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already beenSHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!


2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

  • Customer can return the product in 30 days after delivery. But in this case the product has to be returned to our warehouse in Budapest/Hungary and customer is responsible for the returning shipping fee to our warehouse in Budapest/Hungary.
  • If there are defects in the products, please inform us within ONE WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!

3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR DIFFEERENT SIZE OR COLOR?We do offer exchanges.

  • If customer wants to change the product, customer responsible for return shipping cost, and we will cover the cost of the new product's shipping.
  • If the item received in different size or color than what we have listed please inform us within ONE WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!
  • We do not offer exchanges on items that are sold out or out of stock.
